DOYOU PLACE is three black A-frame cabins by a private lake, under an hour from Vilnius. We built its website in English and Lithuanian with online booking and payments, our own gift-voucher shop, and a WordPress admin the owners can use without being able to break the design.
Guests come to DOYOU PLACE to switch off: timber, plywood and concrete, a lake, a sauna and no neighbours. The site had to feel the same — slow, calm, mostly photographs — while doing the practical work of selling nights and gift vouchers.
We set it in Spectral and Hanken Grotesk on warm bone and timber tones, let the forest photography carry the pages, and kept every booking step one clear action away.

More nature, fewer people — and a booking that takes a minute.
booking
From “maybe” to a booked weekend
Each cabin — A-1, A-2 and A-3 — has its own page with photos, the layout and what is included. The booking page shows one calendar for any cabin or a specific one, two-night minimums and the live price for the chosen dates, with extras such as the outdoor jacuzzi, the sauna or breakfast added on the way.
Reservations and payments run on the HBook engine with Montonio, dressed in the site's own design so guests never feel they have left it.

how a stay is booked
Four steps, one calm page
- 01
Pick your nights
One calendar for all three cabins or a single one, with the two-night minimum built in.
- 02
Choose a cabin
A-1, A-2 or A-3 — whichever is free for those dates, with its photos one tap away.
- 03
Add the extras
Outdoor jacuzzi, sauna or breakfast; the price updates as you go.
- 04
Pay with Montonio
A secure payment and a confirmation e-mail, without leaving the site's design.

gift vouchers
A stay you can give as a present
Gift vouchers are our own module: the buyer picks an amount or enters their own, adds a personal message and pays through Montonio. A designed PDF voucher with a unique code arrives by e-mail right after payment and is valid for twelve months.
In the admin the owners see every voucher with its balance, mark it as used for a stay — in full or in part — and resend the PDF when a guest loses it.

the cabins
Three A-frames, one honest plan
Each cabin is a 50 m² black A-frame with a mezzanine — timber, warm plywood and concrete, set on its own spot among the pines. Cabin pages lead with photography and the floor plan, so guests know where the bed, the bathroom and the porch are before they arrive.
Most stays are planned on a phone, so the plans, calendar and voucher form are laid out for one thumb and the photos are served in modern formats — sharp, but light.

run by the owners
Free to edit, impossible to break
Content, prices, seasons, cabins, contacts, the gallery and the FAQ are edited in wp-admin in both languages. The client's editor role can change words and photos but not layout: a server-side design guard and a locked block editor keep the pages exactly as designed.
We migrated the old site with an availability check against the previous booking data, and run the new one in Docker behind Traefik with backups and smoke tests after every update.

what makes it work
Four things the owners rely on
- (1)
Live booking & payments
One calendar for all three cabins, live prices and Montonio payments inside the site's design.
- (2)
Gift-voucher shop
Any amount, a personal message, a PDF voucher by e-mail and balance tracking in the admin.
- (3)
Locked-down editing
Owners change content and prices in both languages; the layout stays as designed.
- (4)
Safe migration
Old URLs redirected and availability checked against the previous site before launch.
visual language
Timber, bone and forest
The palette comes from the cabins themselves: near-black timber, warm bone and cream, a deep forest green and sage. Spectral sets the calm headlines, Hanken Grotesk the text, and Spline Sans Mono the small details like dates and prices.
