Majestic Games Limited runs Majestic RP, a role-play community of more than 600,000 players across fifteen city servers. We designed and built State Fractions — the portal where police, medics, government and the other state factions sign in with Discord, recruit, vote for leaders and keep their member records in one place.
Before the portal, every faction ran on its own mix of Discord channels, spreadsheets and forms. With fifteen servers and seven state factions each, leaders spent their time chasing applications and keeping lists in sync instead of playing.
State Fractions gives every faction the same tools — recruiting, records, access rights and announcements — behind a single Discord sign-in, in the dark, high-contrast look of the Majestic brand.

Everything a faction member needs on the first screen
After sign-in the home screen shows the faction servers you have access to, outlined in green, the factions that are recruiting right now, the leader elections that are open and the latest server news.
One look tells a player where they belong, where they can apply and what is happening on their server today.

From Discord to your faction in four steps

Sign in with Discord
The account becomes your identity on the portal, and can be unlinked any time in Discord settings.

Pick your servers
Choose your main cities once, and the portal shows only what concerns them.

Open your faction
Servers you have access to are marked; everything else stays out of the way.

Apply or manage
Send an application, or — with the right access — run the faction from its menu.
One Discord sign-in replaces the spreadsheets, forms and channels every faction used to run on.

Joining a faction without the back-and-forth
Each recruiting faction has its own application form — name and ID, documents, motivation, service record, previous experience. Leaders review applications in the faction menu, and the answer goes straight back to the player on Discord through a bot.

Leaders decide who sees what
The faction menu brings together personnel audits, applications and their statuses, the member database and faction settings. Every button is tied to an access right, so a cadet and a director see the same screen with different doors open.
